I worked in the EMC Industry for 30+ years before taking early retirement. I was a former senior Techical lead with responsibility for EMC for a large Californian tech company. I was responsible for the equipment , testing, reporting and training of in house EMC engineers so I have an extensive knowledge of EMC testing.  I was part of the team that created the last 3 revisions of  EMC standard GR1089 for Network equipment. I was also a member of the working groups of IEEE TC77B (MT-12 and WG10)  writing international Immunity Standards.
